Meet your coach

You’ve still got time to finish this year feeling good.

Work’s busy. The evenings are darker. Christmas plans are filling the diary. Before you know it, you’re telling yourself you’ll sort your training out in January. I’ve put Winter Arc together to help you keep going through all of that. We’ll build a realistic training routine, give your nutrition some structure and keep you accountable each week. You can enjoy Christmas while making progress and looking after yourself.

I’m Joel. I’ve spent more than 20 years coaching, competed in bodybuilding and trained as a fighter. These days, my focus is helping busy men build a body that feels strong and capable in everyday life. You bring the willingness to get going. I’ll bring the structure, support and a bit of a push when you need it.
